Sharing my Top 2020 Posts and 2021 Expectations
What an interesting year huh? We had BIG plans for 2020 – never did I imagine we’d be moving to a new country, only to be met with a global pandemic and lockdowns.
2020 was the year we made the big move over – leaving behind the U.S. and starting a new life in Portugal.
Discovered a new fascination with bread making during quarantine – did that happen to you too?
A wonderful thing that happened was we got to spend extra time as family, since my husband moved first – it was a wonderful time to reconnect and spend every waking moment together.
Turns out we still like each other – 12 years of marriage later (LOL)
Yet here we are, a year down the line and we’re still on the struggle bus with this pandemic.
Again, there are big plans being made – especially on the business side. I hope to accomplish them all and live to tell about it.
I’ve chosen two words for 2021 –
Consistency and Commitment
After 7 years of running this blog on and off one might say, my goal is to focus on what I’m good at and put in the time this blog really needs to take off and flourish.
I hope you’ll stick around and enjoy what’s coming up!
Sharing more recipes, homemaking tips, and fingers crossed more travel for 2021 are a few of the topics you should expect to see.
In any case, I wanted to share some of my favorite posts of 2020 and wish you all a joyful and healthy New Year.
