Guys! Hey, hey, hey! This Cranberry Sparkling Rose Cocktail is delicious and so easy to make.
All you need is a few ingredients for any special occasion, holiday, or when you’re feeling just a bit extra. I saw a lot of Champagne cocktails online but I added a little twist by throwing in Sparkling Rose instead. It’s versatile, light, and refreshing in that it can be made year-round no matter the occasion.
We’ll be using this for our Thanksgiving dinner coming up soon.
I have to say it was hard getting the perfect shot on these, I wanted the photos to have champagne bubbles, but I kept having to sip & sip! It’s safe to say things got a little happy if you know what I mean!
Alright, let’s get this cocktail made!! (Non-alcoholic option also included)
Cranberry Sparkling Rose Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- A splash of Cranberry Juice
- Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- Rose Sparkling Wine
- Splash of lemon
Instructions:
- First, add fresh or frozen cranberries to your champagne flute.
- Then pour in cranberry juice, a third of the way in (depending on how much of the sparkling rose you’d like)
- Now pour in the sparkling rose and add a splash of lemon!
- Voila, it’s ready to serve and looks super put together.
–> Adding a mint leaf or even the lemon wedge on top as well would make it look even more put together. I didn’t add exact measurements because it will depend on what kind of champagne flutes you’ll be using as well as the juice/alcohol ratio you prefer. For this holiday drink, I poured equal parts.
I hope you’ll enjoy making this cocktail as I did, if you recreate it be sure to tag me on social media!!!
Sparkling Rose Mocktail (non-alcoholic)
If you’re pregnant or simply don’t want to use alcohol it can also be made non-alcoholic, substitute the Sparkling Rose for Sparkling Rose Juice and it will still have the same effect.
